Het merendeel van de automatisch geschakelde BMW’s uit de E-generatie is af fabriek uitgerust met een ZF 6HP 6-traps automaat. Bij NDH bieden wij de mogelijkheid om deze te vervangen door de modernere ZF 8HP-transmissie, die wordt toegepast in moderne BMW-modellen.

Wij kunnen de ombouw volledig voor u verzorgen, of u ondersteunen bij zelfmontage.

De voordelen zijn duidelijk: de 8HP biedt acht versnellingen met aanzienlijk kortere schakeltijden. Dit resulteert in meer comfort en beter brandstofverbruik tijdens ontspannen rijden,  én een snellere respons, betere prestaties en intensere rijbeleving bij sportief gebruik.

Remote Pakket – €580,-
Ideaal voor ervaren sleutelaar of werkplaats die zelf wil inbouwen.
Dit pakket omvat:

• Consultancy (4 uur): Technische ondersteuning en advies op afstand, afgestemd op jouw situatie.

• Programmering (eventueel remote): Inclusief benodigde softwareaanpassingen voor correcte werking van de 8HP transmissie.

• ISN Reset: Herprogrammering van de sleutelcode voor compatibiliteit met de nieuwe bak.

 

Volledig Pakket – €3.450,- (uitsluitend op locatie bij NDH)
Compleet traject van onderdelen tot inbouw en programmering.
Inclusief:

• Levering gebruikte 8HP transmissie (E-generatie)

• Levering OEM schakelpook

• Levering van FRM-Max, Brose en JBE3-M modules

• Aanpassing bedrading volgens OEM-specificaties

• Volledige programmering en ISN reset

Optioneel: +€250,-
Extra CAS3-module met chassisnummer van een originele 8HP-voertuig (zoals E70 X5).

Dit pakket is voor EWS-4 auto’s. EWS-3 is ook omgelijk in het geval van een N52-motor, maar voor EWS-3 diesels geldt dit product niet.

The majority of E-generation BMWs with automatic transmissions left the factory equipped with a ZF 6HP 6-speed gearbox. At NDH, we offer the option to replace it with the more modern ZF 8HP transmission, as found in modern BMW models.

We can take care of the entire conversion for you, or provide support if you prefer to do it yourself.

Perfect for experienced DIY enthusiasts or workshops handling their own installation.
This package includes:

• Consultancy (4 hours): Remote technical support and tailored guidance for your specific setup.

• Programming (remote if needed): All necessary software adjustments to ensure proper operation of the 8HP transmission.

• ISN Reset: Synchronization of the security code to match the new transmission setup.

 

Full Package – €3450 (on-site at NDH only)
A complete solution from sourcing to installation and programming.
Includes:

• Sourcing and delivery of a used 8HP E-generation transmission

• OEM gear shifter

• FRM-Max, Brose, and JBE3-M modules

• OEM-specification wiring modifications

• Complete programming and ISN reset

Extra CAS3 module pre-coded with a VIN from a factory 8HP vehicle (e.g., E70 X5)
